We all have dreams, goals, and life aspirations, but at times it seems like they are impossible to attain, or that we don’t have what it takes to pursue them.

Specific packages/services

A typical package might look something like this

Session 1 – Identify issue/goal to work on

  • What are my strengths?
  • What are my weaknesses?
  • What is getting in the way of me reaching my goal?
  • How capable do I think I am?

Session 2 – Brainstorm/Identify ways to address issues identified
Sessions 3-5 – Select best course of action

  • What are the best practical ways I can work towards my goal
  • How do I need to change my way of thinking/perspective?
  • How do I need to envision myself working toward this goal?
  • How do I go about making the changes that are needed?
Session 6 – Summary/Overview of Coaching

However, each package can and will be tailored to the specific needs/goals that you bring to coaching. This can include spending more time focusing on a particular issue or aspect that has been addressed, thus allowing flexibility with the session schedule.


6 one-hour sessions for $600, 1-hour/week (in person or on telephone)

Long-term coaching for $90/hour, 1-hour/week (in person or on telephone) (minimum of 3 months) Since coaching has a better chance of helping change occur over time and through consistent work, a 3-month commitment will be asked from you.

Individual sessions are $120/hour (in person or on telephone) – These are usually for emergency or crisis situations. They can also be used to add onto existing packages, and have no minimum commitment. These are available as the coach’s schedule allows, and with 24 hours notice.

To ensure that coaching is what you need and are seeking, and to make sure that there is a “good fit” between you and your coach, a free, no-obligation sample session is available.

A majority of clients will seek and come to coaching for more than the initial 6-session package and/or 3 months as they discover how helpful it is to them. It is most beneficial to maintain the changes that you make and are continuing to make by continuing coaching as many clients find that the positive effects of coaching on their life are well worth the time and investment they put into it.
